As a professional pastry chef hailing from the heart of Alabama (Roll Tide!) , my culinary journey has always started with my roots. I spent countless hours in the kitchen with my family learning the secrets of their recipes. And shed blood, sweat, and tears in culinary school (twice) to hone my skills. Those moments shaped not only my palate but also my passion for creating food that brings people together.
Here at The Southern Cozy Kitchen, I plan to share more than just recipes. Each dish I present is a tribute to my heritage, a celebration of Southern flavors with a touch of modern flair.
